Food wasn’t bad in the airport and nice selection of shops. Made the 3 hour wait bearable.
Luggage belt area can be made a little bit more secure.
There is a free wifi for a limited amount of time and chargeable after wards.
Once we arrived at our hotel, we realised security had turned all our cases upside down. I deliberately left all my tools at one end of the case and clothes on the other.
It's a small airport with some good places to eat and chill while waiting for the flight to board.
Luggage carts machines and process can be made better.
Not many shopping and food options. Can be made better.
The most interesting fact that there are a lot of employees from almost all ethnicities, Carribean, Asians, and Arabic. Africans & Europeans. Working hard at this small shops its awesome that you got to chat with them and learn some about their culture and hear actually what's their accent looks like.
Maintenance is okay and signs for internal gate changes is not so bad.
Side note: On our way to the connecting flight we witnessed an airport cleaner being totally abused by 3 security guards. All she had done is have her ID badge the wrong way round. All she wanted to do was her job but was totally harassed by these guys. If she was white I can guarantee it wouldn’t have been a problem. All 3 of these guards should be fired as it was an obvious race attack. I swear one of them was about to draw his pistol! I’ve travelled all over the world and this is possibly the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. All that was required was to pull here to one side and explain what she had done wrong. Not create a huge show in front of arriving passengers. Hope she was ok.
The airport is located in a great spot nearby hotels and car rentals companies ...and its only 10 minutes drive away from downtown and another interesting site if you willing to visit hang out and discover.
One of my favorite airports. Its a large hub and there are many terminals. Hard to navigate if you've never been there before. Security is relatively quick. Staff are overall, but some are very rude. There are lots of place to eat and shop. This airport has ipads at almost every restaurant or gate in F terminal. Very high tech.
Good airport with reasonable amount of air traffic. Transportation options are comparatively better to Newark and New York city Airports.
My local airport, gets better the more you visit other airports around the country. Very clear signage, both before you get to the airport and once you are inside the airport. There is always a wait at security. Invest in TSA pre check, I have never waited more than 5 minutes in that line. There are many modern stores and restaurants at this airport to choose from. If parking, use a third party company around the airport, not much more expense than economy and more convenient.

Really poor airport. Security delayed us so much that we missed our connecting flight. The security guard that checked our passports had a serious attitude problem towards British people. We were working in Raleigh NC, totally above board with relevant visa in place. So this guy sent us for a further interview where the people that interviewed us were embarrassed about their colleagues attitude. They sent us on our way with no problems. We collected our baggage for then another inspection. I explained to this guy that we had already been questioned twice and were going to miss our next flight. He then proceeded to delay us another 30 minutes so we missed the flight. We were then trapped in the airport a further 3 hours for the next flight. I understand with the way that the world is today that these measures are for good reason but we are 2 natives from the UK and obviously posed no threat to America.
