Over 7 times my son got turned down and was not allowed to play, reason being to many players "employees"!!!!!
The only worker who help was nice kid named Jimmy. Thanks for all your help Jimmy!
The employees like to play dodge ball, while leaving all paying customers/ kids out of game.

Don't waste time or money.
Visited first few weeks it opened. Wasnt as crowded as another I'd visited and it was a good visit. Staff was good with the kids and engaged them. Food area wasnt up and running yet. Grand got hungry and was ready to leave.

I was able to take my daughter for free through school. She had a blast. What child doesn't like to bounce and try the ninja course...
My kids love this Place. I had a minor issue with Jumping time, and the crowd on Saturday and spoke to the manager Antonio. Antonio was excellent in helping me resolve my concerns and he surely has won my business of continuously coming back here every week. He deserve an excellent award for Customer satisfaction.
