Food is fine, but not well run. Tried to go at a lunch and told us we would have a 30 min wait when there were a bunch of empty tables. Went at a dinner time and was better
Food is pathetic and service can use a lot of refinement. Look at how a med-rare strip steak is cooked. One side was on the plate for 5 minutes and the other for 30 seconds. This was the replacement steak (cowboy ribeye) which was way undercooked; it was kissed and served... As a med-rare????? And for $32?????????? No, just no. The only way to get another beer is to ask for it; God forbid the bartender asks if you'd like another round. The only star I can give it is for the manager who promptly replaced our terrible steak though the replacement was equally bad. I'll never do Hard Rock ever.
For a chain restaurant, this was a great experience. Our waiter took great care of us. Food came out quickly, even during a rush period. Everything tasted fantastic. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had at one of their restaurants.
I would of gave 5 stars if the weren't so BAD!
My Daughter and I had the Ribs. They SUCK pretty Bad!!! Now my Wife, Son and a friend had different food to eat. They enjoy there meals. Ware stage was great.
Had a great experience here. Back in May of 2017 my Mother and Sister were at a concert in the Philadelphia area. So my dad and I were in the actual city site seeing and we stopped in here for lunch. I got the Potato Skins and they were out of this world. The best potato skins I have ever had. The Burger was also great here to. The cooked it at the temperature I wanted. The decor is also really beautiful. They have so much artifacts from many famous musicians and groups including Micheal Jackson, Elvis Presley, and Guns and Roses. If you are in Philadelphia stop at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's worth it.
