Since I refuse to buy a used car in NY, I took the trek to Philly to visit a few dealerships and eat some cheesesteaks. Mainline was my fourth (and last)stop.
Anybody out there looking for a honest and reputable dealership I suggest you put Main line first on your list. After researching different trucks online at different locations, I stopped at main line first. I didn’t make it any further. They gave me a great deal and couldn’t have been anymore professional or honest! Thanks again Ted and Joe!
They have an impressive inventory, no typical used car sales tactics and quick credit approval. Ted, the manager, was honest and upfront. After picking my car (2014 BMW M3), I was out of there within the hour. The search was finally over.
The owner is very friendly, and extremely helpful. I would only communicate with him. Also, take a mechanic with you to inspect the vehicle. Get the names of everyone that you speak to when you update new information in the system.
As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous about the process. Initially I felt great about the purchase, but after receiving "not so friendly" customer service after my purchase I feel as if I made the wrong decision.
I have to say this place is a great place to get a car. I’ve purchase 2011 bmw x5 50i and the sale persons are friendly, they give you the info breakdown on what you need and how they can help you get into a new/use car. Just don't be too pick like me!
