Good service and quality. I love the attention each doctor gives you once you get to their hands. I highly recommended . I have been a patient since 2011.
As a disabled combat veteran, anything is better than the VA hospital but my PCP is awesome and doesn't treat you like just "number"...Outstanding personnel.
since they allow you to schedule an appointment for the next day! It makes it easy for you to go whenever you can.
Unfortunately, I've been coming here too long (almost 15 years). Although they offer many services which is usually ideal, they are incapable being able to handling regular duties. Getting an appointment near impossible. Getting a return callis hit or miss. They argue about not needing a referral, even though it's cleary stated as a requirement on the insurance card. After it's finally completed, it's always wrong. This has caused appointments for specialists to be delayed by 4 hours or canceled. The doctors in general are ok, but not worth it if you can avoid it. This is for both the Kensington & 6th street locations.
I would recommend to office to everyone.. I have one of the best doctors in there.. She always follower up wit me to make sure everything is good..she shows & pays good attention to all my problems & concerns.. Would give it a 5 stars but at times the waiting is long..
Horrible place not only the wait is long but the staff are so unprofessional always have an attitude specially the ones in the call center and girls in the front desk, also makes no sense that they make you call at a certain time for appoiments. I called for appt at 9 am the lady told me to call back at 2 I called exactly at 1:59 for the same appt by the time I got someone to answer it was 2:05 and the appt was taking I had to wait 2 months to see my doctor who by the way is the only reason my I went there.
