Attended a viewing and funeral service for a very close friend yesterday. A close group of friends had ordered a flower arrangement for our friend and there was a photo attached to the arrangement which was delivered by the florist early in the morning. When I entered and saw that the photo was not attached, I made an inquiry with the Manager, Cheryl Richardson. She stated that she knew nothing about the photo that was attached. I immediately called the florist who made the delivery to find out why the photo had not been attached. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then returned to tell me that the photo had been attached and that they had called Richardson's who verified that it had been delivered with the photo. When I re-entered the funeral home, I was informed by the manager that yes, it had been attached but an employee had thrown it in the trash and it as destroyed. It took us 2 days to work on this project and Richardson's destroyed it. The manager was rude and extremely insensitive to us and our situation. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone! They really didn't care! I posted 1 star only because it was the only way I could actually get it to post.
