The salon itself feels a bit tired and worn. The white chairs by the washing basins are very stained, but it may be normal wear and tear. Our service at the receptionist desk via phone and in-person wasn't on the same caliber as Drybar.
Had an appointment for a blowout this morning at 10:30 a wedding I'm attending; by half past noon today my hair had completely fallen out and is flat. Disappointed!
Great place for a blow out. My fav in the city. They use great high-end salon products in your hair. Awesome spot for groups too. The owner and staff genuinely care about your feedback.
Overall, a pleasant place to get a blow dry. Highly recommend going with Kelsey!
My wife finished her blow out here at 10:30 today and as of 12:20 it has fallen out. Do not waste your money here.
The last BLO/OUT of its kind in Philly. My stylist, Kelsey did a wonderful job and made great recommendations based on my hair type. Kelsey gave a great scalp massage with strong pressure. She gets 5 stars for her time and talent!
Had a great time getting my hair and makeup done! I was in love with the look I walked out with. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because when it came time to pay the bill I was surprised with a few extra charges. Apparently they had charged me extra because the makeup took longer than the standard appt time of 45 minutes, but I did not ask for anything longer, I just let the stylist work. I also was disappointed to see a charge for the false eyelashes. The stylist didn't ask if I was okay with paying extra for then, she just applied them. I should have known they would be extra, but I was given no warning. Oh well, I still loved the experience and the look I left with. If you're frugal like me, it might be beneficial to ask ahead of time what charges to expect.
