SEPTA manage to make 15th Street Station as a miserable place to pass through. Believe me, you don't want to hangout here for a minute longer than you have to. Dark and miserable place to wait for your rides. Although the station is being renovated, but I can't help but to wonder how SEPTA is going to make this place anymore inviting.
The smoking had gotta stop. Weed, cigarettes, it's ridiculous.
