Worst district ever, customer service is horrible, they don’t do they’re job right,they messed up my case and still have not fix the issue is been 5 months and they haven’t done a thing but are quick to close your case if you don’t report things on time. They either need to get better training doing there job if I could give no stars I would...horrible I really wish salaries where better to not rely on this crappy system help

Sucks! You will be calling forever cause they never pick up the phone automated machine always stating they all busy no matter what time you ca but when you go in person they are all sitting on there asses doing nothing. Everyone in there have no professionalism. If you hate your job so much quit and let someone else who can do it better get hired.

If I could I would put zero . When I searched for the office that would be handling my case based on my address is got server all incorrect locations. When I went on line up got an error message. So I was unable to report changes in income. How am I suppose to report changes and receive benefits if I an even get a correct address or navigate the Web site to inform dpw of changes. Its said but the time u took to try to get help I could have gone to college and gotten a degree. I thought the point of public assistance was to assist. I work season but not migrant. And I have not gotten ant help from dpw fu or heating or food. Who has the time when you are just trying to get work and stay warm
