I have an issue every other time I'm here. I'll order my food 30 minutes before my lunch break and still spend my whole lunch break waiting for the food. Now, I'm hungry my entire shift. Also, I'm vegan and they gave me chicken one time.

Trash. Chicken is low grade, as are the flavors. Service is worse. Ex. They claim that chow mein (crunchy noodles) combos do not come with the chow mein noodles! Ridiculous.
Worst service ever. Ordered food from there, got home, took the shrimp toast out, it was burnt to a crisp, blacker than night, literally crumbling in the bag it came in. So then I drove it back, asked them to make me a new one. That took 15 minutes to make, so the rest of the food was getting cold. They give no apology, no complimentary anything for the Inconvience. They are rude, and I'll never recommend them to anyone EVER.
