The food is pretty good but if you are here around dinner time— it is crazy busy. I generally sit at the bar and there is usually one person serving us and making drinks for both ends of the restaurant. Its loud by the bar because they have the blenders going so don’t sit here if you aren’t prepared to deal with the noise. This time the counter was wet and my straw was soaked. Drinks not placed on coasters/spaces not set up. But the server did acknowledge me and said he would be with me shortly. I waited 5 minutes before he took my order. Salad took twice as long to come out and main course longer. The wine coolers always have gnats buzzing around them which is off putting to see around a restaurant but I guess it’s expected? I think they need more staff at the bar for sure. Otherwise most times I have been here it’s been decent service. Had the berry sangria and shrimp scampi which was good. Sangria tasted like their was some kind of syrupy sweetener in it though.
Me and my husband visit this restaurant maybe once a month.. And let me tell you the service is amazing.. Our waitress was amazing.. her name is Joseline..she was phenomenal.
It's a comfortable go to place. Love their Salad dressing, which is sold at Sam's. Our server Lisa was attentive immediately. Brought water and drinks, breadsticks at same time. Was helpful with ordering and funny too.
The server was excellent!! And the food was amazing and still warm when it got to the table. Their was a wait when we first arrive, I guess do to the popularity but the wait wasn't long as I expected. So overall great experience.
I love olive garden. Service is usually good. Food is great at times served a bit unpresentable but its delicious. I do prefer the cherry hill location but this place is good too.
