UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY SENSE!! I unfortunately used this company to move and they made it so frustrating words can not explain! Moving is always stressful but they definitely made it a NIGHTMARE!!!One of the movers broke multiple items including a bottle of Armani Code and Glassware! Then to make matters worse he tried to pick a fight with my fiancé! I am in shock that this company is still in business! I filed a claim with the personnel in their office regarding the damages and to no surprise no one has reached out- they're totally unwilling to reimburse my damages! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
Was given a second move at the last minute (was fine because of the hours). The move was in Jersey which took a hour to get there, and 6hrs to complete. I was gone from my house from 530am to 330am and wasn't informed that the company did not pay for travel time. I was out all day and was only paid for 9hrs ..The owner along with the office agreed to meet with me and other employees after we complained about multiple moves and were given the run around. We were even given a job to pick up and drop off dry wall which the owner described as a "quick job".When we arrived to the location we discovered that it was one of the owners property (not in my job description). A 6 man job clearly was done with 3 men . Was expected to distribute 200 heavy pieces of dry wall throughout this dangerous unfinished house. After this move we were supposed to have this meeting about prior issues and extra incentive about this extra hard move. The owner played hide and seek even up to this day. Needless to say I no longer work with this circus. I highly don't recommend this company as a employee or for their services
Smh.. Wouldn't give no stars if had the option.. As a employee of this circus I was shocked that there was absolutely no training. My first day out I was immediately sent out with another mover.. The move took 5hrs because not equipped with the necessary equipment.
Worst moving company in the world book reservations and person never put it in claim its the customer fault smdh never again my disable client has to wait after the holiday to move i hate this moving company i give yall both thumbs down
