All week leading up to our visit, the ad still said it was 850sq ft, but the night before our visit they changed it to 450sq ft. Not only was disappointed, I came to realize that the pictures may not be accurate to the description of the apartment we were hoping to get. Low and behold, my assumptions were justified. The only accurate picture was that of the bathroom sink. Everything else was completely different.
best landlord ever; rents reasonable, maint dept quickly responds to more than six items needed attention in last three years.
I found this to be completely unethical and immoral. There's no way this agency will ever be thought of as a professional organization in my opinion. Proceed with caution.
My girlfriend and I were recently searching for an apartment and came across one that was advertised as a 850sq foot, 1 bed, 1 bath on Zillow.

I have been renting a Michael Singer property for 2 years now on 11th & Spruce. I love the location and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My rental agent responds quickly when I have a request or question about the apartment and they address my maintenance requests in a timely manner. I have recommended them to many friends!!
The town house where I live it is very nice and well located.
I have lived in several different Michael Singer apartments over the years and have had a great experience in every one. The staff is busy, but they always listen attentively and address my concerns. Maintenance has taken care of any issues we had promptly, although we really haven't had many problems. They have a wide variety of places and were very helpful when I decided to upgrade to a different apartment; it made the whole moving process much simpler. As long as I live in Philly, I plan to stay with their company!
