Am usually the do it myself kind of guy. Accepted a new position and had no time to finish my converted attic. Joe put in a shower, 2 walk in closets, electric baseboard radiators as well as a brand new spindle banister and railing in an attic that 2 other contractors told me would be a nightmare to work in. He was quick, dead on with his estimate and was always on time and never had to wait for him. He also was clean.. didn't have to sweep or or anything. Was worth every cent we spent and we extremely enjoy our new attic. Sad, we barely use our family room now anymore.
