Picked out 2 slim pants to be fitted.
First round of alterations were incorrect.
Returned the pants never worn but had to eat the $68.00 in alterations... Will never buy there again...
Second round was still not correct.
Worst location I have ever been to. Made me rethink shopping with Jos. A Bank. The manager, Wesley (I think that was his name), shouldn't be managing anything. I have consistently gotten better customer service at a CVS than I did here. Go elsewhere.
First they lost the pants but found them 3 days later.
The salespeople were very aggressive, rude, and rather unhelpful. I wouldn't shop at this store.
Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and utterly incompetent salespeople at this location. Service was terrible from start to finish. Store is a total mess, with boxes of unsold suits (shocker) stacked in front of the mirrors that customers are supposed to use to look at how terrible they look with these overpriced rags on. Zero communication during the purchase process. I showed up at 2pm on the day that my suit was told would be finished with the minor alterations, and not surprisingly it wasn't ready. Told it would be ready later in the day and that I might receive a call, but should follow up just in case (are you freaking kidding me). Called back an hour before close. Was told to show up 10 minutes before the store closed (at 8pm). I have no doubt that the job will be half-assed and low-quality, much like everything else about the store, customer experience and the company.
