what a beauty
Best President this shul EVER EVER EVER HAD EVERRRRR!!! My favorite Hebrew teacher is a docent here, Cole Windsor- a treasure.
This was one of the best Shabbat experiences I've had away from home. This shul was established in 1740 before US Independence! Benjamin Franklin was one of the donors for the building, and he's buried adjacent to the synagogue. If you're here for a convention or conference make sure to sign up for Shabbat Meals on the website. I even made great business connections meeting other convention attendees at shul. Also there is a huge Eruv that covers most of the city. Check the website!
SUCH A LOVELY PLACE! AND HISTORIC.
