Septa is the worst train service they take our money for tickets and monthly passes and we stiil cant get to work on time or home on time. We pay tax dollars as well, why do you continue to treat us this way, so disappointing. Aleast work with amtrack to pick us up to get us home thats the least you can do. Charter a bus for us but to leave is stranded is horrible but you have our money.

Getting a good rating because of the dollar tree. Very depressing place to visit with alot of homeless people there. Always feel bad for them

This is one of the 3 main Philadelphia hubs for Septa. It is next to the Comcast building underground. It's not the cleanest place, but is usually safe with police patrols into the night. There are several shops, news stabs, food and public bathrooms. But note, the homeless frequent these bathrooms and sometimes bathe here.

The biggest shock was the bathroom which I figured would be OK since all of the homeless were going right out in the station.. Well the bathroom I found was where the local men meet to have sex with each other.. Gross!!!!.. Right? Not so gross for septa police I found after reporting that two men were engaged in sex inside a stall. I was told by septa police " good for them".

Relatively clean (considering the amount of people who travel through it daily), not to mention the more transient folks you seen on a more frequent basis. The place is well lit, plenty of police. SEPTA security, and employees, not to mention all the stores.

Someone should slap the face of the person in charge of Suburban Station

Full of homeless people who go to the bathroom everywhere sleeping on all of the benches. There is nowhere for a traveler to sit because every bench has a homeless person sleeping on it the entire building smells like a combination of toilet feet and armpit. The septa police do absolutely nothing about it either.

Oh my God this place is discusting!!!
