This place is amazing. My friends have recommended it to me a couple times and I finally went and was blown away. The atmosphere is fun and positive. The food is soooooo good. They also have vegan options. The place was pretty busy in the middle of the day, off lunch peak. We were able to get seated with two right away though. Big parties would probably be hard though, so I would call ahead and see if there is a wait.
Awesome fresh, creative dishes that fuse traditional Asian flavors with new elements, such as butternut squash and brisket. Noodles are delicious and feel house-made. One the best features of sitting at the bar was the row of hooks behind to hang up jackets and backpacks. The staff was friendly and welcoming and very attentive.
Been here a lot of times and the food is always great. Wife loves their dumplings and I love the noodle bowls. Usually crowded but somehow I've never had to wait for a seat. Fairly expensive for the type of food it is but so worth it and it is very filling. And it' not Japanese like Google has it catorigized but rather Asian fusion. Nothing is authentic but everything is great.
Loved the Ramen. The service was the best part. The restaurant was packed so we had to wait a little for a table. The hostess checked in with us a few times to apologize for the wait. When seated, she comped us an appetizer for being so patient. I will definitely be back.
Cheu's one of my favorites and, by now, something of a Philly establishment. Noodles are always excellent; decor and "feel" are spot on, too. Sit at the bar (you probably won't have a choice, since the place fills up quick) and watch them work! Super fun. Coconut curry is my go-to.
