These guys are pros. My car came out looking like new after a hand wash and wax. Excellent customer service and a very professional operation. This is a well run business. The only downside was that the cleaning products they used on the inside of the car had that cheap, carwash type artificial smell that lingered for a couple of weeks. My car had the new car smell before I took it in, now it just smells like a cheap car wash, but that's a minor complaint. I'll definitely be a regular customer. This is certainly the best car wash I've found in Philly, and I've been to plenty.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY. The guy left scratch marks on my car and soap suds everywhere. They even tried to make me pay for parking. You have to go to the 7th Floor DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
They were very friendly and did an excellent job detailing my vehicle. If you can't find it, it's because it's way up inside a parking garage. They comp the parking garage fee too.
You get to pay for parking while they clean your car! They won't tell you this, but you only get a small discount when you leave the garage. I got dinged for an extra $20 for parking. No call when they finished; meanwhile I was being charged per hour for parking. And my car stinks now. Carpets were still soaking wet.
This is not a car wash, it's a parking lot.
