Sitting waiting for my truck to get done for over an hour. Have to infants in the heat. Was told my truck was next and watched them bring 4 vehicle that were washed after mine get done before me. When I complained I was told they didn't realize my jeep was there. I do not recommend this place. I'm still waiting to get done as I type this review. I will post another review if my truck isnt clean inside when they eventually get to it.
I was referred to this business to get my oil changed and car washed. I pulled into the garage area, and sat for 17 min, without someone coming over to me, to ask me if I needed help. I finally got out of my car, and asked the mechanic if they were taking anymore cars today. He asked me what I wanted, and I told him an oil change. He said I was parked in the wrong spot for that. I told him that it was my first time there, and I wasent aware because there was no signs posted, and no one came over to speak to me or ask me if I needed anything. He said "we don't have to, you just need to be parked in the right spot". I kindly got out of my car, and went inside to speak to the manager. The manager (he said his name was Mohommad) was very nice, although I was annoyed because he seemed to be agreeing with the mechanics. I was flored, at the lack of customer service. He tried to get me to still have the service done, and I politely declined. I will never go back to this establishment again.
Pretty decent car wash. I was in and out without any problems on Wednesday early evening. The windows were a little smudged, but not too bad. Everything else was better than expected.
The staff did a great job in washing my husband car. I was pleased with the service.
I have been going here to get my car washed and get oil changes for 7 years. It has changed ownership since then. After oil changes they give you a coupon for 1 free car wash. Apparently they have an expiration date of one year. Well yesterday I took my car there for a car wash, the owner said my coupon expired. I asked could they honor it since they still have the program in place and I have been coming there for 7 years. I said they could even look up my license plate to verify my long term. business. The owner said they couldn't do it. I told him, I am a long time customer, only asking for something they currently still have, travel from NJ to here to get my oil changes and car washed and he still would not honor it. He replied, "no". I have several more coupons I guess are expired but after being a loyal customer for 7 years and getting denied a simple, bare minimum free car wash, this place does not value its customers and has lost me. The funny thing is I was going to get my car detailed there next week. So now, because they were "penny wise and pound foolish" they have lost me as a customer for oil changes and car washes. I will use up whatever remainder coupons I have and then never return again. Excellent business decision on your end.
Wow, I just saw the response from this company. Actually, there was no one behind him so I know that it’s Mohammad writing this. Not only did you dismiss my complaint, you unknowingly seemed very agitated, aggressive, and condescending in your response. I'm sure that the manager Mohammad wrote that, as this shows his unwillingness to help, or even acknowledge my complaint. This is exactly what I was talking about, and you've just proved me right. I, and I'm sure others, has experienced your exact attitude in regards to companies and complaints. That's what this site, as well as google, and other sites like is is here for. We are here to voice our experiences, and companies like yours are obviously here to dismiss us. Sorry, we will not be dismissed. We are here to inform others so they may make an informed decision in the future. Sorry Mohammad, but you sound just as nonchalant as you did the day I spoke to you. I wish your company the best!
