In other words, instead of complaining or giving up, both were laser focused to ensure that we got not only the best deal but to ensure everything, all details, were accurate. 3 hours.
There was a certain CD that the website said was in stock(Chris Brown-Heartbreak on a Full Moon). Store inventory confirmed four copies were in stock, but several employees could not find even one. Well, Manager Jessica to the rescue! Not only did her diligence find my desired CD, but she also price matched a local competitor! Yes! Great job and she should be recognized for outstanding service...above and beyond the call
I had a very bad experience with the costumer service when I called the 888- best-buy number. So I went back to the store where I purchased my item and Jon the assistant manager took care of all my issues. So If you want GREAT customer service just visit this store.
Prices are OK. Really decent sales are few and far between. Staff is usually helpful but if it gets even a little busy, you're on your own. Lines for support are a guarantee, even on slow days. If you use their auto install techs there's no door to the store so you're walking around the whole store and more and using a vehicle lane so be aware.
Went there for a store pickup. It was quick, and customer service was efficient, kind, and responsive. I also spoke in the phone prior to my arrival, and they were really knowledgeable and helpful in explaining their services.
Amazingly surprised. Went to upgrade and switch carriers and phones recently. Jackie, representing Verizon was very supportive, patient, and pleasant to work with. The next day we went back, to exchange a phone and also to do a price match, we were met by SEVERAL obstacles. In total, due to the nature and complexity of the issue, we waited/worked with Joe and Rob for a total of nearly 3 hours!
