Your guys customer service is very bad because I have been calling from yesterday to make a payment I can't get hold of you guys yesterday I waited for 10 mins today I was on hold more than 20 mins no one answer

poor, poor service. I waited for more than 35 minutes to be connected and after that long period of time, they could not answers my concerns.

Horrible Service! reported negative items on my credit report that were totally incorrect. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

This is very deceptive and just shows how much they truly care about their customers.

SHAME ON HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!! If you cared enough about your customers, you would not hang them upside down by their ankles and shake every bit of money you can out of their pockets!! You folks are horrible people and horrible to do business with. Your reviews speak for themselves all over the internet.

SNEAKY BUSINESS!!!! Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. Folks, if you are in the market to lease a car.....STAY AWAY FROM HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!! They are hustlers and will sneak Personal Property Taxes (Missouri) into your car note, amounting to hundreds (even thousands) of dollars extra on your monthly payments each year. Personal Property taxes is something that the leasing company pays, NOT the person leasing the vehicle. The deceptive Honda salesman WILL NOT disclose this at time of signing the paperwork when signing a lease with Honda Financial. Also, be aware that you can use other lease companies to lease your car that do not bill you for THEIR personal property.

AS AN ADDED BONUS, you will get a surprise bill in the mail at the end of your lease called a "turn-in" fee. Honda Fiancial Services charges YOU to turn in your car. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

The services is poor service, I had a smart car and paid less and I received great treatment at dealer for smart...Honda service act like the care but once u get the car.. They throw u under the bus, they don't care to help u with nothing else , u feel been cheated out of ur money... U not paying cheap! I don't approve, I request a better warranty po package, the started don't work km on my car under a year, always say something not covered under ur warranty, it's like a boot leg car dealer...treat u like all they want is money, my car is new, I'm asking. Giving u the run around...they horrible.. I dislike they services, people all need be replace! No one helps to make u feel better,, main show room...new Rochelle ..my car need treatment now, m hearing noises... They don't have no loaners, u hot beg..I'm not steeling. I'm paying my money on time, i hate the Warren try dong cover nothing... I'm praying to God every day to answer my prays.. My car need to be services, fix sound , drive smooth.. It's 2016..horriable
