I wish i could give zero star for mariner Finance. I bought furniture and the guy financed it for us through this company and told us no interest for one year. Two months later they started charging us interest i called them a few time they didn't pick up finally pick up and i talked to the branch manager he said no we have to charge you interest. I realised a they are there to rob people. Stay a wayyyyyyyy
This is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with for a loan. We took out a personal loan but we needed collateral so we used our car title. We paid the loan on time every month and ended up paying the loan off a year early. The company than proceeded to lie to us and change their story Everytime we called to find out where our title was and come to find out they lost it. So now we have to jump through hoops to get a duplicate title and pay the fees even though we didn't lose the title. Their employees and mangers proceeded to tell us they didn't give a f about us or our title issue and never apologized or offered to help to rectify the situation. So now we have to wait 3 to 5 weeks before we get a new title from the state and to top it off I have called Corp office multiple times and no one will answer or return phone calls. If I ever need a loan again I would rather go to a mob loan shark than deal with these idiots again.

Really wish it was possible to leave a 0 star review. I was a payment behind and called to schedule it but no one answered. I changed my number due to telemarketers and Mariner decided to call and harass my references for payment. VERY unprofessional. Never using them again. The girls are very nasty in that office.
