We went to the Castor Ave branch looking for bedroom dresser. We were greeted by sales associate Martin S. He was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. We explained we were looking for a certain color. He took his time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying a dresser & T.V chest. The three gentlemen that came to deliver and set up my furniture were totally awesome. They were very respectful and did a wonderful job. I haven't had great customer service in a very long time. My furniture was delivered first thing in the morning, and I had fast set-up. I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for a delivery like previous companies ordered from. I truly had a wonderful experience with Bob's Furniture.
I really enjoyed my experience at Bob’s. I went to the location in NE Philly, Castor Ave. Fatima was my sales associate and she was great and very patient. The store had a cafe, which was great for the kids bc it helped keep them occupied while we shopped. The cafe was all free...very nice! The delivery guys were great too. My only complaint is that they said the would call 2 days in advance for the delivery time window and no one called. So I called and the morning if I tracked my delivery on their website which is very convenient.
Loved the experience. Andi welcomed us and explained a few of the thing we might question regarding pricing, selection etc. Then she would occasionally check in with my wife and I rather than lurk or like another furniture store escort us and never give us a chance to discuss. She was very helpful.and gave us an alternative to the financing I hadn't even given a consideration. When we made a decision all the paperwork went very smoothly. I'd recommend both Bob's Furniture and seek out Andi if you're looking for any furniture for your home or apartment.
On 12/20/17 I took my Mother to buy some new living room furniture. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Natasha who right away made us feel at home. She explained a few things to us and let us browse around. As we walked around she was always in eye sight to answer any questions we had. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they sold there. She gave my mother good suggestions on choosing different accent chairs than what were already set up with the sofas she had picked. She even let us move the chairs my mother chose over next to the sofa so she can see how it looked together and that ended up sealing the deal. So I would definitely go back and recommend any I know to go see Natasha for any of their furniture needs.
