Great quality furniture. The return policy made me less nervous about ordering online, but I don't think I'll need to worry about that! Excellent customer service made getting my questions answered painless. I have already recommended them to friends who love our furniture!
Great furniture shopping experience at Grossman’s. Cindy our sales rep. was extremely helpful & knowledgable during selection and very friendly. The furniture delivery went smoothly as promised & on time. The delivery team was nice to work with and careful to not scratch the newly painted walls. They even dusted the furniture after setup. We are impressed with the quality of the furniture, it looks excellent in our family room.
After looking at other stores ( Raymour & Flanigan, & Bassett furniture ) selected Grossman's. They were very friendly and not pushy. Great selection & prices were very competitive.
