Recently three of my gal-pals and I ventured for a bite to eat in Chestnut Hill followed by an afternoon of shopping. We all concurred that the very best stop and future must-see again (and again,) is the fabulous LAVENDER HILL shop. Initially greeted with a warm smile by the actual proprietor, “Flo”, we quickly discovered her shop to be a sheer delight and reflection of her most gracious personality and amazing talent.
Such a cool place! The owner Florence is great. They have beautiful things for around the house!
We reside on the Main Line and wish there was something in our area like this wonderful utopia, however the trip was actually very easy and pleasant. The prices were more than reasonable, and on the drive home we all admitted feeling a tad guilty, knowing what the items would cost on our end of town, (if we could even find such a enchanting, and varied collection, that is!) Bottom line… We got our thrill at Lavender Hill!
