My husband bought me a bracelet here while he was visiting Philadelphia. It was too small so I called the store to see about exchanging it by mail. They (Alex especially) was so helpful! Just got the bracelet today in a medium and it’s perfect! This place has beautiful jewelry and excellent service, highly recommend!
Oh Ichabod's, I love love love how you haven't changed. I just went to see Rafi, 10 years after we got our wedding bands there and he hasn't changed one bit. You feel like family when you walk in and know he will take good care of you. He offers a lifetime warranty on his products and the only reason I went in was to get my ring resized. The ring has held up beautifully. If you're looking for a wonderful jeweler, skip the mall or chain stores. Go support a mom and pop store and feel great about the final product. You won't regret it! My husband and I went in yesterday morning to pick up one of the bangles and a few pieces we had seen in the new catalog. Upon arriving I noted that a woman was leaving in a huff stating "your staff is #@$% rude". I just gave her a raised eyebrow and thought to myself that she was probably the issue. We walked around the store and not once were we even acknowledged. I was shocked by this normally the staff at any and every location we have shopped at is beyond attentive, to be blatantly ignored is something I never have experienced at any other location. We purchase all our jewelry from Tiffany's. I don't know if it was the fact that we dressed casually ready for a day a sightseein in the city or what but the lack of customer service was disgusting. On the way out I did make mention of the fact at which point they attempted to get us to stay and shop. Nope, no thanks. Your loss not ours, now I see why that women was acting out.
