Horrible experience with this company. I had my bill paid by EFT, and my account got hacked. I called them to give them the new credit card number. First, I was told that only one person in the entire company can take credit cards, and he was on vacation. When I asked if I could have a note put in my file that I was trying to pay..I was told NO. When he finally got back in town, I gave him my payment information. For 2 months after that, the deliveryman kept coming into my shop demanding payment, and telling my staff and customers that I didn't pay my bills. I made NUMEROUS calls to the company during this time. Each time I was promised that they would take care of it, and each time they affirmed that they had my new payment info. Weeks after they charged my card, they were STILL coming into my shop, giving written notice to my staff that my account was past due. When I finally got the owner, David Olsen on the phone, he told me he would sue me if I didn't allow the driver to continue to come into my shop. DO NOT SIGN with the people!
I was employed at domestic this company is the worst company to work for they will take your money right out of your pay check if the customer does not pay Dennis is,the the wosrt gm he will blame the drivers,and manger for all his mistakes. Mark Colton needs,to see around his b's and needs to fire him Steve Campbell is nothing more then an alcoholic but this is Richard dick friend do not ever sign a contract nor work for this company bad news
This company is horrible. We signed a contract in 2010 for uniforms. The contract was for 60 months. a year latter we added custom Matt and they extended the term for the entire agreement. This extension was not mentioned by the sales rep, of course it was listed in the contract way in the back. I decided we did not need uniforms any more, they have now indicated we owe them a termination fee of almost 3000. Turns out they count all uniforms as specialty items. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
