I walked in at 11am to do a single load of laundry and was rudely told, "Excuse me, we're actually not open until 2pm." I've worked customer service for almost 20 years and I can tell you if your hours posted say 7am, YOU ARE OPEN. I don't know who you're outsourcing for your laundry service but they definitely need an attitude adjustment. I really needed to do my laundry this morning seeing as how I'm just visiting through tomorrow. Thanks for the hospitality, Philly!
Very expensive, but very nice staff. Laundry is often wrinkled.
I've used this service several times and they're always extremely professional and efficient. Next day dry cleaning? What a dream!
