This place is great. They always make sure our dogs' food in stock, and the owner has even delivered it to me at work before when I couldn't make it over before they closed.
Litterpaw is amazing! The products they offer and services they provide distinguish them from all the other pet businesses in the city. I can always count on them to provide excellent care for our two cats whenever we go away, even on very short notice. Their new Queen Village store is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Because this is a small store that don't have a large selection in dog harnesses, but that's okay. I bought a padded harness w/ventilation for summer heat. Sales person was patient and courteous. Littlepaws also offers pets sitting services and will special order items that they don't carry.
The staff here is beyond friendly and helpful, and they are always so accomodating when it comes to placing any special orders. One of my favorite parts of this store is the adorable rescue dog that is always there-- he is just too, too cute. I love this store, and love giving them my patronage as I hope they stick around for a long, long time.
When walking down 10th street, my dog always tries to pull me into this store. I guess all those visits here where she got to pick out her own bone ingrained nothing but positive associations. (Smart dog.)
