Absolutely filthy store. The stench was unbearable, tanks and enclosures incredulously dirty. Some of the small animals appeared to be unwell and suffering from some type of conjunctivitis. Stopped in to see if there were any cute toys to bring our dogs home since we are on vacation and I was appalled at the conditions.
This used to be the best place to get fish and pets.. It has really fell off.. The service sucks... None of the fish have prices on them.. And the aquarium manager stays in the back chilling... The workers on the floor have headphones in.. And you have to beg for service...
Nasty ass Staff, they act as if you are inconveniencing them when you ask Questions about there products.. F%#k them Better if you go to the one on Delaware avenue

I came in just before closing and Diamond was so helpful with what I was trying to find. Very friendly and caring. It was a great experience to shop there.
