Well connected station but cleanliness can be improved.
SEPTA service is just ok, and especially the rating given is based on SEPTA employee manning the booth. At the station you have access to Light Rails and MFL (Market Frankford Line.) A cavernous station is brightly lit, but must go outside to connect with Amtrak or the Regional Rail trains.
Nice station to layover in - lots of choices to eat and hang out.
Would be nice if they re-opened the tunnel to the Amtrak station
Terrible staff and terrible service. Today, trolley service was suspended without further notice. Needed to pay for a Lyft and could not enter to the El platform again after complaining.
