Great service, great steak - I only wish they had worcestershire sauce instead of just A1, but that's not worth docking a whole star for ;)
Finally got in to grab a few Dollaritas I was not disappointed at all. Our Server Tiffany was great and So was the food. Great lunch Date!
Good food and they also have veteran discount all year roumd unlike some of their other locations and not just on veterans day.
My husband and I wanted to go out to eat tonight. Never got t he chance to. Stood in front of the hostess's podium for a full five minutes. Apparently erasing a seating chart takes too much effort to even acknowledge a customer. They sure did greet and seat the couple that walked in behind us. Never again.
This isn't the best location for a chain restaurant. It's getting better little by little, but I'd rather drive up to the Street road store than go to this one. The people who work here are 90% people from the neighborhood, & lets face it, they don't hire the upper echelon of people when it comes to cooks. I'm a Port Richmond/Fishtown/Kensington alumni so I know a lot of people from the area that you could put into a scummy category. Well I've seen at least 3 cooks who I know I wouldn't trust. So I'm gonna drive 15 miles to the next location. Also, the smell coming out of the bathroom was so strong that we could smell it on the opposite side of the store. It was just a totally negative experience.
