Everyone in this place are awesome!!! Friendly and highly trustworthy, they don't try and just sell you something to get your money.. I would definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone...

I spotted a custom SE bike on Bustleton's IG page that they made for Lenia (@lenia_lalea), an artistic cyclist that has personally inspired my riding style. I commented and asked if they were making more bikes like those and the shop immediately responded and began building me the most beautiful custom bike I have EVER SEEN (The "Street Queen"). Not only was the shop extremely responsive to all my questions- they invited me to an event in NYC so I could pick up the bike and meet and ride with Lenia, @rrdblocks, and several other talented and inspiring riders. Not only did Bustleton Bikes make me a BEAUTIFUL custom bike at an affordable price, they go above and beyond to support and inspire women like me who are shredding the streets. I am very grateful!
Great service. The staff there are very helpful and really take time to ensure you get everything you need plus explain anything you have questions about. Mike there was so helpful and really broke everything down for me when looking at getting a new bike.
I shopped here as a kid loved it until I came in much older years later. The owner wanted to clearly over charge me for minor repairs to my bike. I spoke out about it they rudely explained how its "labor" I tried to pay with my company visa but they refused to take it because it was a company credit card.. Because company cards are for everyone who works in company gets a company card they don't have each employee name on the card. So they kept my bike and I never went back RIP to my first bike
