Called with an emergency lock issue, Mike came within 20 minutes and exceeded our expectations, he was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and experienced, he fixed all the issues we had with the lockers, he made us feel like we were getting help from a friend! We had to change two lockers in the house, it took about 20 mins from the start to finish, and he quoted us a very reasonable price, also cash and card are both accepted. Very nice and trustworthy service!

Guy called me and told me he was on his way and that he would be here in 25 minutes. 1 hour later I get another call saying I'm sorry I was stuck in traffic I'll be there in 15 minutes... Traffic? Really? It's midnight on a wednesday. He finally arrives and quotes a price of $200. The guy on the phone originally told me it would not exceed $150. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place so I agreed and the tech opened the door in 10 seconds. I paid him his $200 and don't you know his phone goes off and he tells a woman that he is stuck in traffic and will be there in 15 minutes. Another man calls... Traffic. 15 minutes. This is customer service at its worst. If you are going to quote a time. Don't just lie to me. Tell me how long it will be. I gave 2 stars because he got the door open. Every other part of the experience was truly awful. Look elsewhere for you locksmithing needs.
My wife and I closed on our first home today. We scheduled a visit for 2pm and Mike arrived on time. He was friendly, very informative, & gave us plenty of choices to choose from. We were more than happy with our locks and the service. Thanks guys!
The man I spoke with on the phone did not give me the correct pricing information before sending the guy out to help me get back into my house. I was told $15 service charge plus an additional $35 dollars max dependent upon which method had to be used to get into my home. I repeated these numbers back to the man to confirm the price before agreeing to have someone sent. When he responded with yes $15 service plus a max of $35 I asked him to send someone. When the man who was sent out to help me could not get in from just trying to simply pick the lock he had to change methods. Before attempting the next method, the man that was sent asked me if I was aware that it would cost about ~$150. I told him that I was not informed that it would cost that much and told him that the man on the phone told me $15 to send someone out and a max of $35 more dependent upon the method. The man helping was very nice, apologized that I was not properly informed of the cost and asked if I wanted to continue and told me we didn't have to try another method. With my wallet and car keys locked in the house I did not really have much of a choice unless I wanted to keep calling around hoping other services were open. I was very unhappy with the misinformation provided to me by the person over the phone, especially since I repeated what I heard him say back and he said yes. I was very appreciative of the man who helped and how friendly he was but I do not think I will be contacting this company if I end up needing a locksmith again.
