One of the managers there yelled, "Get the f*** outta the seats and go home!" from the projection room above the theater at the conclusion of a Marvel film. To be fair, Marvel films tens to have "Easter eggs" (references and foreshadowing to future projects) in the ending credits of their films. And this film was no exception.
Usually, I have a great time at this theater. All of the staff have been as professional as you'd expect; however, this evening was an exception.
Five movies starting within 30 minutes on thanksgiving weekend and ONLY ONE PERSON SELLING TICKETS? SMGDH
Everyone has a bad day and I hope this is the lowest impression I will ever have of this theater.
Surely, I can understand the desire to go home after a long day, but to behave in such a rude manner is unacceptable. It is not as if people were still around as the lights were on and the screen was blank. The lights had just come on and the sound had just ended with the final blue screen just coming on. Add to that, the seats were the type that have the reclining feature so as people were adjusting their seats to the upright position, this individual took it upon himself to publicly vent his frustration to paying customers.
This is our favorite place to catch a flick. The theaters are clean and reasonably priced for the area, and you cannot beat those comfy recliners. Just make sure you reserve your ticket online beforehand, otherwise you may be met with annoyance or be seated apart from your group.
I love coming to this theatre and love the improvements they have made. The update to stadium seating and the bar code scanner for ticketing made going here a breeze and pleasant experience.
Management needs to work on appropriately staffing the ticket window for high volume days. Lady at the window said everyone else was cleaning so it was just her. Y’all need to fix this. I am unlikely to return.
Nice local multiplex with a friendly staff, reasonable food stand (standard movie stuff), and reclining seats. It's part of the Regal theater group, do be sure to get your points. Nice big (free) parking lot adjacent to the theater. You can purchase tickets before you arrive from either the Regal or Fandango apps (Android or iOS).
