0 stars, do not go to this parking garage. The employees at this garage are rude, they have yelled at me and I have seen them yell at other customers. They have consistently made me and my clients late. As you drive up each level every valet on every floor will yell at customers to go to the next floor for a spot. They will say it is filled, "go up, go up." Even if I point out to valet that plenty of available spots are visible right in front of me, they pass the work off to the guy upstairs, refusing to let me park in available spots. Each employee says they are full, then, once I make to the top floor, I am sent all the way back downstairs and often the manager on the first floor will say "go up,go up, there are spots." I will say, "I know I see them but I am now 20 minutes late for work and I must leave my car here." One time this happened and the manager allowed me to leave the car. Yesterday the manager insisted I go up the entire garage, again, to get a spot. I told him that, " I don't have time for this, I will leave my car here right here on the first floor as your employee upstairs directed me to, or I go to the garage around the corner." He said, "fine, just go then." A bunch of idiots and slackers run and own this garage. I went down the street and for 4 dollars more I can get in and out in under a minute and the valet was very polite and helpful. It's worth the extra 4 bucks to be on time and not angry first thing in the morning. I never leave reviews on anything but one of my clients told me about his experience at the garage. My client complained as well and the manager said he didn't care. Stay away.
