After all of these interactions I feel robbed. Yes, the lot is very convenient to my apartment but after all of the MAJOR issues I have had, I still cannot get someone to speak to me about these issues. I have tried every single number I can find online and on my paperwork but I still cannot get someone to help me. I really don't want anyone to go through what I have went through while parking here. You can find other lots that will honor the parking by price. DO NOT PARK HERE AS A MONTHLY CUSTOMER. I cannot warn you strongly enough! It will be WAY MORE TROUBLE THAN IT IS WORTH! Walk the extra block for some piece of mind!

Many of the valets are amazing but the management is terrible!!!

Was a monthly garage resident. After cancelling in January (with more than the required notice) I have been charged four more times and no one can seem to tell me why my credit card hasn't been deleted yet.

After being sexually harassed for many weeks I finally complained only to have the manager tell me I had no proof. Ironically, I waited a few weeks to report this behavior to give the valet the benefit of the doubt, and still no response. (And the behavior continued.) I even showed Frank a video I took of the valet being completely innappropriate and he claimed that there was no way to know that it was taken in the Juniper street location and if the person in it was his employee. You could clearly make out the valet's face and the background and still I was called a liar.

At the same time as the construction all monthly customers had an unannounced rate increase. It wasn't a huge charge but the fact that no one was told and at the same time we were experiencing a major inconvenience was more than just annoying. It was like salt being rubbed in a wound. We had no say in the matter and could only except the unexplained additional fee due to the absolute lack in communication. Parking here each day is like entering a war zone. Will I get a spot? Will it take me 30 minutes? Will I fear being raped? Will I be charged random amounts on different dates just because? Will anyone help me? Will my car be hit, broken into or blocked in? It is WAY MORE TROUBLE THAN IT IS WORTH!

This is the worst garage in the city, by far! I wish that awarding 0 stars or negative stars were an option!

I have been parking here for over 2 years and each day is worse than the one before.

Major construction was started inside the garage and the monthly customers were not notified. When I complained to the [absolutely terrible] manager, Frank, he told me that I was wrong. Well, I made it a point to ask every single customer I saw there if they were notified and not one person knew in advance. This may seem petty but this construction project cost me an additional 15-20 minutes each time I entered or exited the garage AND 30% of the parking spaces were unavailable during this month from hell.

Staff if very disoriented, telling us 5 different things, very annoying experience

Payments are NEVER on time and they charge you whenever and whatever they want. I have been charge double and triple some months and on random dates. It became so upsurd that my bank thought the charges were fraudulent and told me they "had never seen anything like this from a monthly service."

A few days ago I was not allowed to leave the garage because the manager claimed I had not paid. I showed him the charge from my bank, complete with the date and he literally kept me from leaving. Not to be dramatic but I never felt trapped before this day and I am still bugged by the experience. I called the manager's supervisor no less than 30 times over 21 days (I checked my call log to make sure I didn't exaggerate here) and he has yet to return my call. I have provided 3 different people here with my notice to vacate on November 30th and I have a feeling I will still receive charges after I leave.

Not very luxurious, but very reasonable prices for a top downtown location.

Simple enough parking and a very short walk to the Academy of Music
