They broke my mirror and tried to pass it off as nothing happened. Didn't offer compensation or the parking rate or anything. Awful garage and staff. PARK ELSEWHERE
The worst experience of my life. I tienes on my car and twice spoke to and East Asian peroson to get a price quote. Twice I was told $11 dollars. When I went to get my car I was told the price was $22. I asked to complain to the manager after I paid. Then the manager began to yell at me and next the employee began to insinuate I was being racist because he was Asian and I'm making it seem that he could not speak English. My grandmother is Phillipino for god sake! I had to endure the most embarrassing experience of my life. I'm speaking to the local board about this as this business should not be operating in such a selacious manner! Highly unethical!

Just noticed that they damaged my vehicle, but guess who is not liable.
my car was damaged upon being returned to me. really damaged. right rear door, right rear quarter panel. there was no procedure in place for filing a claim, the phone number for management posted in the garage was incorrect, the company, PARK AMERICA, failed to respond to my calls to file a claim and to date, have not responded to GEICO who is pursuing the claim on my behalf. The staff, while very cooperative, had no idea what to do and couldn't (or wouldn't) say how the damage occurred. Don't park here.
