Just last week I used ParkOps. After my car was parked I was sitting down at a restaurant next to a window which had a view of the valet parking service. I noticed my car going in the wrong direction on a one way street. This isn't unusual for a valet I guess, however, what I saw next is unacceptable. After they moved my car-- against traffic-- I see the driver open the hood of my car to jump start another vehicle. I immediately left and ran towards my car. I asked for an explanation as to why this was done. I was informed that "management" gave authorization to perform this action. I was not contacted to ask if they could use my car; without my authorization this is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager and he was not helpful. He offered a refund for the valet services which I chose not to accept. I left furious at the situation. Their lack of professionalism ruined what should've been a joyous celebration. The folks at the restaurant came to our table and gave me the contact information for Park Ops office. They were helpful and tried to make our dining experience as positive as they could. I sent an email that same day and also called the very next day, to ensure my complaint was received since I had not received a response. When I called Park Ops office it went to a cell phone voicemail. Later their staff was rude and dismissive.

Management is poor. Took over a 2 months to handle a situation , due to a management vacation. Hourly rate Is poor $10 with no rasies. If you like being a "Yes man" perfect job for you. On positive side they are flexible with hours . I would not recommend any working for this company.

I live at Presidential City Apartments in Philadelphia. My building is under construction, so property management has provided ParkOps as a service for the residents while construction of the parking garage is taking place. Recently, I have broken my foot & torn a few tendons, making it very hard for me to walk. The guys who work at ParkOps know about my injury, and go out of their way to accommodate me. I am blown away by the customer service that I have received by them. They go out of their way to bring my car to my door every morning, 3 buildings down, and even offering to help me get in the car, etc . Overall, super impressed with their politeness, and professionalism.

Very poor experience, I went to an event and my car was serviced by these guys. However, when I got it after the event it had massive scratches on the driver's door. Not only that, when I tried to claim the damage, I was constantly redirected to talk with different people. In the end, after few months efforts, I gave up - overall incredibly poor experience!

Scam Valet parking company. Parkops was hired to provide valet parking for our commercial property. They were frequently observed driving our clients’ cars in a reckless, irresponsible manner. Numerous vehicles were wrecked or damaged under questionable circumstances. I was even more disappointed when I personally contacted Mark Bell, a so called district manager for Park Ops, regarding another vehicle that their valet driver crashed into. I was essentially stonewalled and given the runaround when trying to get the vehicle repaired and made whole. Moreover, Mark Bell refused to provide any insurance information for their company. I am now forced to file a civil suit against Park Ops and their employees in a personal capacity, among other things. Additionally, some of the valets themselves were confrontational or antagonistic with clients—even people who weren’t using the valet services and their guests at the property. Bottom line DON’T HIRE PARK OPS, you will have nothing but unreimbursed damage caused by this valet company which apparently doesn’t even carry valid insurance coverage.
