I have been using Preflight Parking at the Philly airport for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. I usually travel once a month and the longest I have ever had to wait for a shuttle to take me back to the garage is 15 minutes. Typically my wait time is 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company.
