Food is " So So", but the kids love the desserts. We got the chocolate stringer. It took my kids to the next level.
Absolutely delicious! Sat at the bar, had great service and great treats. The white chocolate Russians were wonderful and so was the 80's milkshake. We also had the urban s'mores* which again, delicious.
Took the family here on a Saturday night as a surprise. My youngest is a chocoholic so I knew this would be right up his alley. The dinner was fine but it's the desserts that shine at this place. Chocolate fondue was delicious and a gimmicky chocolate shot for the kids is fun and memorable option.
Only con: We walked in at the same time a bunch if others walked in (we came from a show). They were already busy but didn't know how to handle the rush or where to put those of us waiting for a table. My advise, just go when it's not as busy.
So sad that I have to give this one 2 stars. I am struggling with this, because the food was good and we had a great friendly waitress. However, the place is small and crowded, the one bathroom was nasty with garbage overflowing, and the hostess and manager were rude and obnoxious. They clearly need a lesson in people skills. When we were seated the hostess just tossed the menus on the table and walked away. The best part was that we showed up almost an hour early for or reservation and they had said we may need to wait, that they were running close to reservation times. While waiting there I went onto OpenTable and booked the still available 30 min earlier reservation so I could be seated. Once I did that, they seated us within 5 min. This the complete opposite of what I had experienced in NYC and Vegas.
If your looking for good food, go somewhere else. The atmosphere is crowded. They should take a few tables away to make things a little family friendly. The service was good for a crowded Sunday during the holiday season.
This place has nice stuff. The fries we ordered werei excellent!! The food came out rather quickly and we were grateful for that. The milk shake was maybe a 5 or 6 out of 10. Eight dollars for a milkshake is lots of money, and the flavors were fine but, I think their special cup holds 8 or 9 ounces. Less value.
