Conductors are lazy and I've witnessed customer service being rude to customers jus because she was short five cents WOW... also I was asked for I.D because I was using my Medicare card just because I'm under 65 and can walk n talk don't mean I'm not disabled in a way you can't physically I'll.. Must I explain my medical illness to your bus drivers or customer service.. I had one bus driver say, "There's nothing wrong with u" ..that was so hurtful because I've been.suffering since I was nine years old.. just because I'm 35 and carry a Medicare card should be suffice to the drivers or customer.service no questions asked....I put 5stars only because when u click five stars your comment reaches to the top and all the negative is left to the boot where no one can see how hurtful and some what bullying... Delta retrain your staff on being courteous not.curious on my medical conditions.... how rude. Still traumatized because it happens almost every single time I ride...so embarrassing humiliating degrading and a constant reminder of my illness... DEPRESSING....
We loved SEPTA orange line, we are native Harrisburg, PA and it was a very positive experience. The SEPTA staff and police looked out for our best interests helped us out greatly. Thank you SEPTA and God Bless you. We met some really great fans citizens of Philadelphia.
