One of many outdoors but covered train stations. SEPTA management is trying very hard to improve the safety and quality of MFL Stations, but they are wasting taxpayers money. But, I have to say Girard Station seems much better than other stations.
It's Septa, it's a dump no matter how nice the station is. Total mess. Septa key sucks and doesn't work. Buying a ticket is such a hassle you miss your train.
This train is always delayed they run it ass back word
Not as nasty as some other el stops. If you're coming from the NE, get off here and catch the bus that takes you to the zoo. (There's an interesting ride, keep your hands on your wallets, as this area is full of pick-pockets), or wander around and experience Little Havana.
Clean and functional but exposure to the elements.
