The disorganization makes things a little hard to find but again the staff makes up for that.

Really nice and friendly people at this hardware location in fairmount. At first glance it almost seems like a local gardening or landscaping shop and once you get inside you notice all the tools. It has an old school semi unorganized appeal to the inside layout. The people are awesome and very nice and friendly, but finding what you need could be difficult. I still strongly suggest this place if you're looking for something small and quick.
They HATE women here. Just bought a number of items there. When the man behind the register started ringing me up, I swiped my debit card. What a horrible mistake! He immediately moved into a high-pitched sing-song voice, started with "now, now, now" and proceeded to mansplain to me that I didn't know how to use a debit card. Their machine is apparently one of the few where you can't swipe until after the transaction is complete. I haven't been spoken to that rudely for years. If he had just called me names, it would have been less demeaning.
