I called to see if they stocked a dremel tile cutting bit.
The person who answered the phone didn't even identify the business, just "Hello.." When I tried 4 or 5 different ways to ask for it, but she couldn't understand me.. (I think english wasn't her native language.) I asked to speak to somebody from the tools department, and she said "please wait" and then hung up on me.
Horrible experience got keys made they didn't work took them back the Asian lady aact like I was lying. She through my money on the counter very disrespectful and not professional. Will nvr do business in that store. They deserve a zero losers
