The wait is horrible. They are short staffed all the time. We have been at the table for 30 minutes and still have not received appetizers. The waitress never attempted to have a conversation or make us feel welcomed or comfortable. However, she was fine with chatting with her other tables. Her attitude almost seemed like she had something personal against us. When the manager was at our table, she ran to her other friends/staff at the bar to illustrate her attitude and laugh about the situation. The staff was acting immature towards us. It was just a terrible vibe. Never recommend.
Service was a little slow but it was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. Food came out fast and tasted fine. NBA games were playing on all TVs and music selection was very nice. Armed security at the door makes you feel safe. Waitresses were thicc. Would come again.
The menu selection wasn't easier exciting, so most of us ordered cheeseburgers. These were tasty and made to order. I got mine rare and it was juicy and delicious. Two of our cheesesticks were only empty breading, so the waitress gave us another partial order. Even though the place was busy, the service was good, but not great. I just don't like these cookie-cutter chain restaurants.
I am here right now, my second time here , and each time service has sucked. The management is terrible. I complained to my server to get the manager and he never came. My mother had to get out of her seat and go search for the manager. They messed up our order 3 different times and had the nerve to bring out a incomplete meal. We ordered the jack Daniels chicken and shrimp and they brought it out without the shrimp!!!! They didn’t bring our shrimp until 20 minutes later. It was ridiculous. Will never come back
Forgive me but the best description is simple: Ghetto as hell. If you're looking for a place to eat, save your gas and stay home! And if you're really that hungry, please find a better place to eat. Don't waste your time here.
