This was a great experience for me. The car was amazing with all bells and whistles at a low price. Parking at drop off was confusing because the parking garage was closed... not too big of a deal. I would highly recommend! Nice staff!
Chris' service was stellar. He was very pleasant and willing to help. I was confused about where to return the car, how to enter the parking garage. He didn't hesitate to park it for me. Will definitely be my first choice for my next rental.
Very unhappy with the employee at this location. I confirmed verbally that I wanted no additional optional services. When I returned the car thoughI found a charge called RSN tucked away and that cost $50.
Pretty typical rental place - unfazed employees that care about churn more than guest experience. Pretty basic get an economy car and be on your way.
