But this place is as fast as a 80 yr old who can't drive but still somehow gets a car to drive in Tampa! Or better yet it's like going to fine dining given the name hertz but still get shittttty service or wrong car!
Do not rent from this Hertz location. I returned my car, and a month later got a notice that there was damage to the car. There was no damage to the car when I returned it. When reviewing their 'incident' report, the Hertz agent claimed that they contacted me to discuss the damage. A few things were red flags: 1. The number they had for me was not my number. 2. They said they tried to call me twice, on dates that were BEFORE I rented the car. My theory is they found damage after the car was parked in the public parking garage and decided to pin it on me with complete lies. Horrible. I am renting from Enterprise now and am very happy with them! Will never rent from Hertz again.
In short...you're better off getting a homeless guy give you a ride
As a consultant I'm always on the go! I need a car, a car mean a car that gets me to point A to point B! I don't ask for much except Bluetooth so I can take calls on the go.
But it's ok, don't worry, there is always a printer broken, or the wireless doesn't work, or your car isn't ready yet, or sorry I didn't close your bill fast enough, or you're just lazy to switch hertz because it's the closest one and you need a car to go...
Despite having to wait for my car the representative was courteous and responsive to my needs. The car was waiting for me and the return was quick and easy. Always great to work with them!!
Showed up as a gold member with a reservation and they had no cars. They never called me to inform me and completely ruined my holidays.
