I have been employed there for the past eight months. That being said, this hardware store rates every one of the five stars I rated it. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, experienced, driven employees. (I should know,being one of those providing that service). Well stocked and maintained. Generous parking. The owner is one of the prime reasons this store rates 5 Stars. He and his wife is the Best!
This hardware store has almost everything I need inspire of being less than a third the size of Home Depot. The staff is well trained and available. great Job guys!!

Just moved to Manayunk and needed to do some deck repairs. I hired a guy but went to this place to pickup the materials. What people are saying about the customer service is true. One of the employees needs a serious promotion for the level of knowledge and customer service he provided all the customers including myself while I was there.
